Smokey Brown

My apology for being Missing IN Action.I was having so much fun ( there is some sarcasm tone in there somewhere) in Kuching and went around relatives houses makes me feels exhausted and blog is last thing on my mind.

So, I wore this look last day of my vacation in Sarawak. I was rocking smokey eyes throughout my trip, because I feel like it and I have quite limited amount of make up with me... as much as I am a fussy girl, I like to keep it light when it comes to travel.

It is quite simple really, just blend your heart out! ^_^ Copper, gold and black. It will look stunning on every one! ^_^

Interview Glow

I went to interview last week and this is the look I wore on the interview. Though the interviewer seems pretty laid back but I feel very much over dressed for interview! ^_^ Oh like I care.

I went for a bit of brownish smokey effect with thick lashes ( I adore my fake lashes!) and keep everything simple.No contouring whatsoever.

Whoa! this is quite huge pic!

Whether I will score the job, who knew? For painting my face, I am patting myself on my back, I felt great with that make up! ^_^

Camera Flash Changes Everything

I hate the feeling that I want to look good in photo..and most of the time my camera doesn't agree with me. Even though I know, it doesn't matter because I don't want to give anyone a heart attack with too much bright eye shadow I packed on my lid JUST FOR THE SAKE of photo.

I think I am not the only one who feel that way.. ^_^ That's the curse of being a camera whore, I guess. haahaha^__^

Today I was doing some natural look with winged eyeliner.

It made my eyes looks mono. ^__^



Then, I put some darker shade on my crease to define it.




And again, I put black eye shadow just on outer corner, just to make it smokey. ^__^

Then everyone will know I have a crease.. ^__^ That's what I love about make up, it will totally make you look different! ^_^

In the end, we all love to strip down all the make up and feel fresh! ^__^

Eyes of the day

Another Yellow and brown combo. Whenever I used yellow eyeshadow, I feel sparkly. Is it me or you feel it too when you used bright colors? ^_^ I am sole user of 120 palette.^_^

Make up for going to sale?

It's been awhile I've post about make up. I've been resting my skin from make up and foundations because my skin seems to turns dull and sometimes pale if I don't use foundation and I hate that. Plus with this harsh winter really scrubbing my tan away..^_^

So today, there is Crazy Day in Stockmann at Tapiola means BIG SALES! ^_^ and I feel like doing paint on my face.

I just have simple natural eye make up and a bit of concealer and powder.. that's it. A nice pick me up make up I would put it.

I just use this palette. I can't say this palette is wow! but OK considering the price. It is nice for fairer skin. I couldn't wear this when my skin was a bit darker because it is not that pigmented and it feel sucks to wear it. ^_^^ so I think I need to keep my skin fair, only for this palette. --haha

Thanks to Mr.Goss, I've recreated this look using Pink and Brown. Though I didn't use any of the products he used, but it turns out nice! I would never though pink and brown goes very well together but it is! It is suitable for every skin color as well.

This pic was taken after long night out with my bf and the color is still going strong though I have oily skin end of the day due to dancing on the dance floor like a mad women. :)

I am a strong believer of primer now! :)

If there's any make up stuff I can't lived without is Eyeliner and False lashes. I am envious to other girls who have long lashes. It save much time than sticking a glue on your eyes. :)

Yellow Mellow!

Pretty much nicer in person than in picture. Horrid. Should I buy CLR just because I need a good shot? Hmmmmm............................................................................ I don't know......................CLR or make up........ No competition there.

I need a bright eye makeup to perk me up in this kind of weather. I am not a morning person and waking up in dark is depressing enough. So YELLOW is Herroow.

Eyes:

H & M white eyeliner -all over lids.

120 palette yellow- I pretty much need white liner because 120 palette is pretty sucks on certain colors and yellow is one of the suck part.

120 palette light brown and brown -upper crease

120 palette -orange -just a bit for crease... juuuuuust a bit

Etude House - Dark brown (outer corner)

Face:

As Naked As It Is. I don't do foundation nor powder..too lazy... just use moisturizer and my pride to go out bare face.

Brownish Green look

You can't see from this photo of the green part but there is green somewhere.
The bad thing about having small eyes is you have to guess where is the crease.
though small eyes for me is much more sultry.
This is my lame attempt to do sultry with brown smokey look.

I really like brown smokey look than black... Black smokey look give the effect of someone punch on my beautiful face. :) (perasan mode)

I think applying make up is pretty simple for everyday look. In youtube, there's tons of make up gurus applying complicated techniques with high end products that sometimes get into our mind that MAC is the only best brand out there. It is not.
I guess if you can afford it, why not.

For now, I just do the best with what I have.

Wet & Wild Cool as Cucumber - light green (on lid) & dark purple (crease)

Wet & Wild Greed - Black (matte, outer corner)

120 palette - light brown (upper crease)

H & M white eyeliner (A SAVIOR because it really makes your eyes awake and I pretty much tired as hell in this picture. Tapi nak jugak make up. ngada.)

This was my second look, the first look I did was so horrid I need to re-do again. I promise myself that shimmery color shouldn't be on upper crease. It really makes my eyes way too small because of the camera flash. TERROR. isk.isk..
